We've always said this is the past and stand by it-NEVER cheap out of your foundation, it's too important and is so noticable that you must get a quality product. That being said, two
great lines of tinted moisturizers are Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 ($38.00)
and Clarins Hydra Care Tinted Moisturizer ($42.00).
Both are light, give natural looking color, without the wrinkles.
For a fine powder, we recommend Chanel's Soleil Tan De Chanel ($50).
This moisturizing bronzing powder gives a natural looking tan that will give your skin a bronze glow.
Voila! Now you on the road to looking sophisticated chic this summer!
For Eyes:
We love MAC Pigments ($19.50US/$23.50CDN).
They give the most intense colors with just the perfect amount of metallic. Our favorite shades (which were used in this month's editorial) are Blue Brown (brown with green/blue pearl) and Chocolate Brown (chocolate copper/bronze frost).

For the brighter colors we loved Urban Decay's Flipside Eyeshadow. a gorgeous electric teal with blue sheen. You can buy it separately for $16.00,
or part of their new Get Baked Eyeshadow Palette ($28.00),
which also include the earth tones and bronzed tones to compliment it, so you can go bronzed or colorful all with the same palette!
FOR LIPS
We loved the new colors from Shu Uemura's Pink Collection ($23US/30CDN).
Made with the patented Pink Hybrid Pigment, it allows a pure and vibrant pink never achieved before in makeup. This range will definitely have a pink that will match any skin tone, so go ahead and try it! For day we loved the Pink Unlimited Gloss Unlimited ($22US/28CDN) in PK333S (a flesh tone pink), for night the Rouge Unlimited in PK 369 (a deep intense fushia-pink) was our fav.
For more bronzed or coral tones, NARS had some fantastic shades in their summer 2009 collection. Check out the Falbala Lipstick ($24, a high shine rosy bronzy rose) and Outsider Lipstick ($24, a shimmering burnished coral)
